State Leisure Homes was established in 1979 on the lovely island of Martha’s
Vineyard, Massachusetts. Since then, Bay State has grown to a full service
company that offers the very best of home renovations, restorations, and new
construction. We are also very proud to offer solar sales and installation. Our
goal is to provide professional service at an affordable price. At Bay State,
we believe in the personal touch. Our staff works closely with you to ensure
that you understand what is happening at all times. Our job is not complete
